7/30/2014 Shopping Trip $380 worth of stuff $100

Remember those awesome inserts in last Sundays newspaper? 

I put them to use today and so can you!

Lets go in order of my purchases

Purchase #1 CVS

I bought 2 Lipton Ice Tea packs and 3 cans of Ragu to get $3.00 in Extra Care Bucks. I already had $5.00 in Extra Care Bucks from my last CVS purchase. I paid 9.40, I saved $8.05 then I turned around and made purchase number 2....

Purchase #2 CVS

4 St. Ives continuous spray lotion. I used 2 Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupons and my $8.00 in CVS Extra Care Bucks making my $34.00 purchase FREE

Purchase #3 Walgreens

I didn't want to use my Register Rewards on this purchase, I'm saving them for something bigger (not sure what yet, but I know something bigger and better is coming!) I purchased 4 Revlon scented nail polish on sale for $5.99, I used 4 $3.00 coupons, I walked out paying $6.45 for $23.00 worth of nail polish!

Purchase #4 Kroger Mega Event

This is a buy 4 save $4 ME, I did the buy 5 save $5

I will talk soon on how to do a Kroger Mega Event, basically for every 5 items you purchase in a Kroger Mega Event you get $5.00 off. I MOSTLY bought what I could match up with a coupon, walked out paying $85.00 on $210 worth of stuff saving $123!!

7/27/2014 Shopping Trip How We Did It

We had awesome coupons in today's paper, in fact we had 5 inserts full of awesome stuff.

After clipping, I didn't even put them in my coupon binder, we shoved them in envelopes and headed out to CVS and Walgreens. We spent $99 on $240 worth of stuff. One transaction was about $40 bucks worth of stuff we paid $7.00 for. Since I haven't posted the videos of Lesson 4 and 5 I am going to show you how I did this so you can GO GO GO and get this deal too!

                                     This is everything we purchased

Purchase #1 CVS
8 Head and Shoulder on sale 2 for 10, we used 4 of the $5 off 2 coupon in the P&G Insert
4 Tampax Radiant Tampons on sale $5.49, we used 4 of the $2.00 off 1 in the P&G Insert
4 Old Spice Shampoo's (my children use these) on sale 2 for $8, we used 2 of the $3 off 2 coupons P&G
2 Pantene Gels  on sale 2 for $6 we used 1 $3 off 2 coupons P&G
5 Mitchum Deodorants on sale for $2.99 each, we used 5 $2.00 off coupons
1 Soleil Bic Razon packs on sale for $6.00, we used the 1 $3.00 off coupon
2 Lipton Ice tea on sale for $6.00, I used 2 of the .60 off coupons

$148 worth of stuff, We Paid $64.34 out of pocket and earned $6.00 in Extra Care Bucks to use towards our next transaction so we turned right back around and....

Purchase #2 CVS

 4 St. Ives Continuous Spray Lotions $7.99 each using 2 of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon
2 Head and Shoulder on sale 2 for 10, we used 1 of the $5 off 2 coupon in the P&G Insert

$43.98 worth of products, we used the $6.00 in Extra Care Bucks we earned in the previous transaction and paid $7.42 and earned another $5.00 for future use!!

Purchase #3 Walgreens

5 Hershey Spreads on sale 2.99 (reg $4.99), we used 5 $1.00 off coupons
3 Oil Of Olay Face Scrubs, we used 3 of the $1.00 off Oil of Olay facial cleansers in the P&G insert!

Totaling $50.37, we spent $27.92 saved $22..40, earned $3.00 in Register Rewards and a $2 on our next Walgreens purchase Catalina

How I bought $268 worth of Laundry Detergent at Target for $17.17

Here is my purchase of :

6 Tide Pods (57 count)$14.99

6 Downy (120 load count) $10.00

6 Downy Unstoppables (129 oz)$10.00

Totaling $268 at Target

I am going to pay $17.17 for this entire purchase AFTER my rebates!!

How did I do it?

Target is having a sale this week Buy 3 Laundry Tide Laundry Items of a certain size spending $30-get $10 giftcard

First, there are 5 people in my home and 6 working cell phones!

Each person has Facebook and I signed up each person for a Target Cartwheel account and loaded a 5% off Tide Laundry Pods, taking $.75 cents off each Tide Pod purchase!

I then had everyone download the Target APP on their mobile phones and register for mobile coupons. After we did that we texted CLEAN to 827438 giving us:

$2.00 of 1 Tide Pod
$1 Downy Unstoppables
$.50 off Bounty

Target lets you stack Store coupons with manufacturers coupons.

Last Sunday July 6, 2014, I bought 6 newspapers with P&G inserts that contained:

$2.00 1 Tide Product (I used on the Unstoppables)
$.50 off Bounty

I also printed a coupon from Coupons.com for $2.00 off Tide Pods from 3 computers in my home!

All of us went to Target and went in one at a time, I already started with $25 gift card I earned a wile ago from Target.

I used my Cartwheel
My mobile coupons
and my manufactures coupons

Paid with my giftcard
earned another $10 gift card

walked back to the card, passed off the $10 gift card to family member with the EXACT coupons I had and they walked in making their purchases with their Cartwheel, mobile coupons, and manufacturers coupon, they applied my $10 gift card towards their purchase dropping it down $10.00, they earned another $10 coupon, came back out, and passed it on to another family member...get it!

It took 6 transactions for the deal!! But I still have a balance higher then $17.17....exactly, that last $10 gift card we earned is money ALSO P&G is offering a $10 rebate when you spend $30, BOOM....

After our cash rebates come back this entire purchase will have costed us only $17.17!!

Now, the rebate is only 1 per house hold, so how do you circumvent? Send one home, one to your work if you can, family members and friends house...ah ha!!

2. Clip the $2.50 off Two Tide Pods coupon
1. Register for Target Cartwheel (click here) and search for Tide, Add the 5% off Tide Pod, click redeem in store, and print your coupon!
2. Download the Target APP on your phone, sign up for coupons on the coupon icon, text CLEAN to 827438 (you will get a bunch of laundry coupons)
3. Click this link, it will take you to coupons.com and the coupon should automatically be clipped and ready to print, hit print.
